About Maria Hantes

Maria Hantes, Principal Director

Maria restores delivery confidence in environments where failure is not an option.
With more than 20 years’ experience across infrastructure, telecommunications, cloud, enterprise platforms, financial markets and regulated national systems, she combines deep technical credibility with executive-level program leadership.
Her career began as a Network Engineer in critical infrastructure. That foundation informs the judgement required to make the right calls under pressure and protect operational performance at scale.
Maria has led portfolios exceeding $120M and contributed to multi-billion cloud, enterprise, and infrastructure environments. She is trusted in board-facing and regulator-facing contexts where governance strength and delivery discipline are critical.
